How to cancel your subscription

If you've purchased a subscription through Tebex, here's how you can cancel it anytime.

🧾 Step 1: Access Your Payment History

➡ Go to the official Tebex Payment Portal: 👉 https://checkout.tebex.io/payment-history/login ➡ Enter the email address you used during checkout. ➡ Tebex will send you a one-time login link via email. ➡ Click it to access your payment and subscription history.

⚙️ Step 2: Cancel the Subscription

➡ Once logged in, navigate to the “Subscriptions” tab. ➡ Find the subscription you'd like to cancel and click “Cancel”.

✅ Your subscription will be stopped immediately. 🚫 No further charges will be made.

📨 Alternative: Cancel via Email Link

You can also use the original confirmation email you received when the subscription was created. It contains a direct link to manage or cancel your subscription.

❗Important Notes

• Already processed payments are non-refundable.

• Canceling stops future billing, but does not delete your account or data.
